30 Days to Fall in Love with Your Restasy Weighted Blanket
It does usually take a few days to get used to the new sensation of a weighted blanket. However, we do understand that weighted blankets are a new concept for most customers and not everyone is going to love them (we hope you do though!).
We do appreciate you giving it a try. If you gave us a shot and didn’t love the experience, we don’t want you to get stuck with a heavy blanket that’s just going to hide in your closet.
To return or exchange your order, please email your name and order number to returns@restasy.com within 30 days of receiving your blanket along with your preference for store credit, exchange, or refund.
Please do not ship the return to the address on the shipping label. We will not receive those items and cannot issue a refund. When contacting us for a return, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it for any damage or missing items within 3 business days before issuing a refund or exchange.
Refund/Exchange Options
- Store Credit – We will issue full credit for the entire cost of your order to use at a later date.
- Exchange – We will exchange any product for a similar product. If the item you would like to receive in exchange for your order costs more, we will send you an invoice for the difference in price. If the price of the item you would like to exchange your order for costs less, we will refund the difference. All exchanged orders are final.
- Refunds – If you would like us to refund your original payment, there will be a $20 fee (per blanket returned) subtracted from your refund to cover a portion of the return shipping costs. This fee will be waived for exchanges or refunds in the form of store credit.
Return Eligibility
Customers must reach out within 30 days of receiving their product. We don’t count the time between ordering and shipping…that wouldn’t be very fair to you!
Only new products can be returned or exchanged. Clearance items are not eligible unless the item was received damaged.
Items must be sent back to us in “like-new” condition. We won’t penalize regular wear and tear from trying the blanket, but any damage, stains, or soiled items will incur a charge up to 30% of the refund amount.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact and all additional items (ie free gifts like the sleep mask). You do not need to save the brown cardboard shipping box. The packaging refers to the branded bag or box the blanket was in.
30 day sleep trial is only applicable to orders of 1 blanket. Larger orders will be subject to restocking fees.
We can only issue refunds/exchanges for items ordered on Restasy.com. Orders placed on another website cannot be returned through us. Please contact the merchant you ordered through for their refund terms.
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please email returns@restasy.com immediately. We try to ship all orders out within 1 business day. Once the order is handed over to a shipping company, we, unfortunately, cannot cancel the order.
Wrong Address Policy
Please note that if an inaccurate address is provided to us during checkout, Restasy is not held accountable for the order. We will try our best to change the address with the shipping provider while it is still in transit, but this is not always possible to redirect. If you realize that the order was placed with the wrong shipping address, please email returns@restasy.com immediately.
